Steam Turbine - TR 100

Small Steam Turbine 100 is designed for fueling generators and for electricity production.

The stator for TR 100 is connected to the gear, which allows transformation of the rotations from the turbine rotor to the electricity for asynchronous generator. The gear can be found on the base frame, which also includes a complete oil kit. The gear is connected to the turbine using a flexible link. Impermeability of the steam is assured through a special contact valve.

Running a steam turbine together with a steam reducing station

The small steam turbine automatically reduces the pressure of steam from higher value to the required lower value. The generator electricity output is tied to the amount of steam.

Scheme ST100

On the schema above you can see the set up of Steam Turbine. The priority is with generating heat, in our case steam in the boiler for the current technology. The steam travels to the steam divider and then is reduced to the required pressure at the steam reduction station. The Small Steam Turbine is connected in parallel to the reduction station in order to increase the efficiency of the whole heating circulation. The short payback period is possible due to high steam turbine efficiency
